To be clear, are positive team captain meetings any in which the captain meets with a player and the two don't clash? Its not linked to the players outcome in the following game the way the leadership reward is, right?

After a captains meeting, the player being spoken to gets a 2 con increase, regardless of how the meeting went.
If in the next game the player gets a rating of 7, then the captain gets +2 leadership.

question - are career highs included in this, presumably covered in milestones? I did not think they were, but I noticed that some GMs are including them?

I should add, I have no opinion either way, just figured I/we could use the clarification.
