2018-2019 End of Season Awards.

Hi everyone.

As you may have noticed, the last two seasons saw no voting at all, which was dissapointing but as even I myself didn't vote there isn't much I can say on it.
This year I wanted to try something different.

We are introducing incentive based voting, which I hope will encourage voting. I am also trying out a new process using Google Forms to collect the results, might make things easier for every.

Incentives are as follows:

For every GM who votes	9 CON points to use on any player but with a maximum of 3 points per player
For every player on your team nominated	1 CON point increase to that player up to a maximum of 80
For every player on your team who wins an award	2 CON points increase to that player up to a maximum of 80
The for GM of the Season	1 POT point increase (1st number) to any player under 21 up to a maximum potential of 7

Voting can start now. Voting ends on Sunday the 12th of February at 8pm GMT.

Rookie of the Year	Vacant this season
General Manager of the Year	Joe Papp of the Atlanta Thrashers

Each player will recieve 2 consistency points (up to a maximum of 80) I will do this automatically/

Joe recieves 1 potential point to use on any player under 21 with a current potential of 6 or less. Let me know in your normal instructions who you want increased.
