Height is a factor in the development of strength and hitting.
Here is a little chart to help calculate how a player's strength and hitting will develop based on size: >= 6'2 : Same formula as usual (pot * ceiling)/100 6'1 or 6'0 : If his ceiling is over 90, 90 will be used by EHM to calculate his projected strength and hitting. 5'8 to 5'11 : Same as above but with 70 5'5 to 5'7 : Same as above but with 40
Also, strength will not increase much if a player is playing on the pro team. It will develop nicely on the farm team though.

Didn't know this also applies to strength, interesting.
I always thought the chart for hitting went like this:
6'0-6'1: 90 5'10-5'11: 70 5'8-5'9: 50 etc.

Cool, I never knew how strength worked (other than having some correlation to size)

Yeah - one of the fun quirks of EHM, right? Like POT and CON boosts. I love how hitting and strength have everything to do with height and nothing to do with weight. So a 5'10" 215 pound guy is a weakling who can't hit but a 6'4" 120 pound guy is a friggin terminator.

Yeah, I've been playing EHM for almost 10 years and I still learn something new every now and then.

It's one of those things that is so mysterious, we are all still trying to figure things out.
