I am calling the bullShatner on this draft lottery as my team missed the playoffs and St. Louis made it. Therefore my pick should be before all playoff teams as it is in the NHL. I should be picking no less then 14th OA this draft. No playoff bound team should have a pick before a non playoff team...the only exception is a pick acquired via a trade.

This draft is officially under protest by the Ottawa Senators franchise.

Awesome, thanks Stephen. My posting was meant to be a more fun protest type thing but now that I read it after the fact it comes across as too harsh. Next time I will use pictures, etc, to show it is meant in a fun type context.
