Probably copy it from another trusted system if I had to.

Thats one I had since 2011 and its worked across a couple pcs and laptops since.

Edit: Its been a while since i needed but, if I remember correctly you need to either just put it in the system32 folder. Or put it in there and register it with regi-edit? Theres a walk thru on the old GHL forums.
