Yeaaahhhh.... but it's based on fan surveys. And some of them, voluntary surveys.
I'm a Habs fan, I would for sure vote the Leafs down. Downer than down even.
I also like to think that everyone in North America hates the Leafs.

Thing is it's a ranking of the franchise as a whole - ticket prices, fan relations, stuff like that. The on-ice product is part of it but not all of it. They definitely deserve to be at the bottom on ticket prices alone, the seats are filled up with suits and a real fan has to part with their first born to actually see a game.
