Alfred Cederberg Trophy - MVP
Awarded to the league's Most Valuable Player as voted on by the league's GMs. Cederberg was one of the greatest offensive players in the original GHL and won the MVP award 3 times.

2015: Jakub Voracek (PHI)

Paul Bolduc Trophy - Top Goalie
Awarded to the league's top goaltender as voted on by the league's GMs. Bolduc won this award in the original GHL a staggering 7 times and was widely regarded as the greatest in that league's history.
2016: Marc-Andre Fleury (PIT)
2015: Jonathan Quick (LAK)

Patrick Chelios Trophy - Top Defenseman
Awarded to the league's top defenseman as voted on by the league's GMs. Chelios was perhaps overhyped but nonetheless was the 1st great fictional defenseman in the original GHL and won this award 4 times as well as one award as the league's top defensive defenseman (an award that will not be continued in the new GHL).
2016: Victor Hedman (TB)
2015: P.K. Subban (MTL)

Vit Rejda Trophy - Top Rookie
Awarded to the league's top rookie as voted on by the league's GMs. Rejda set records for rookies in both assists and points with 47 and 86 in the original GHL. He also finished his career as that league's 5th all-time goal scorer.
2016: Leon Draisaitl (NYI)
2015: Filip Forsberg (NAS)

Robert Alarie Trophy - Top Defensive Forward
Awarded to the league's top defensive forward as voted on by the league's GMs. The player who won this award the most by far in the original GHL was not fictional and far from realistic (Rick Nash) and so it is named for the 1st great fictional defensive forward who won the award twice.

2015: Cal Clutterbuck (NYI), Brandon Sutter (CAR)

It was Alarie. I always suspected it was a typo in the names file but never really mentioned it.

The correct name was Robert Alarie. He was a big part of my Philly teams way back in the GHL when I had them as a dominant team with Leopold Segina leading the way.

Not a single vote in any category for any of these guys but they won awards last season.

And then you've got guys who got votes last season as well as this season but still couldn't take home the hardware:
