What is the cap going to be?

Is it 60MM (as we previously had on the original GHL) or 70MM (as in the league rules)?

I'm asking this because most teams are well below the cap so far. I believe the highest budget is 58MM (Chicago), but most others are close to 50MM. As most current players contracts have long duration, I didn't see the point of raising the cap to 70MM.

It's 70 as per the rules. 70 was set when there was a possibility of bringing players over from the old league as Chicago couldn't handle it. However, now that's not happening I don't want to start changing things we have set. So the 70 cap remains. Spend wisely.
