it seems to me that unless i'm looking at this incorrectly once the NYR number is pulled 1st they should get the #1 spot CGY number being picked 2nd shouldn't jump back over the NYR into #1. therefore the correct order going by how the numbers were drawn should be:

1 - NYR
2 - CGY
3 - NYI
4 - CHI
5 - TOR

Thought about it and I agree, so I have changed the draft order. If you get drawn first, you get priority on position if you are equal with a booster drawn after you.
