GM Incentives For Completing a Full Ballot:

9 Con points to use on any players, maximum of 3 points per player

For every player on your team nominated:
1 Con point increase to that player (to max of 80)

For every player on your team who wins an award:
2 Con point increase to that player (to max of 80)

For the GM of the Season:
1 Pot point increase to any player under 21, up to a maximum potential of 8 for Forwards and Defencemen, 7 for Goalies.

As a reminder, CON points can only be increased to a maximum of 80 per player.

Each player will recieve 3 consistency points (up to a maximum of 80) I will do this automatically (2 points for winning, 1 for nomination)

Sean recieves 1 potential point to use on any player under 21 with a current potential of 7 or less. Let me know in your normal instructions who you want increased.

I've not listed all the nominees this year as it's time consuming. I will add their con points automatically. If you want me to post the list let me know but i'm also going to propose a rule change for next season regarding this.
