Getting to Know the GHL

Though the league is just starting in 2015, this is actually a re-boot of a league that ran continuously from around 2001 until this incarnation started in 2015.  The final season of the league in "game time" was 2035-36.

We have a few GMs who were in the league from Day 1:

• Stephen Hicks (the league's creator and commissioner - from England)
• Sean Emack (the only GM aside from Stephen who has been in the league continuously from the start - from Canada)
• Dave Leibowitz (from the US)

The great ongoing appeals of the GHL have been:

• The people - the core GMs are a really good, fun group of guys who are competitive but don't take themselves too seriously
• The stories/characters - somehow, we have always injected personalities into many players creating ongoing storylines that add a real personality to things that can be enjoyable and ridiculous at times.
