Incentives are as follows:



For every GM who votes

9 Con points to use on any player but with a maximum of 3 points per player


For every player on your team nominated

1 Con point increase to that player


For every player on your team who wins an award

2 Con point increase to that player


The GM of the Season

1 Pot point increase to any player under 21 up to a maximum potential of 7





CON points can only be increased to a maximum of 80 per player.
