I will be honest I wouldnt use a chat room, I am just too busy at work and home with 2 kids to log on and chat EHM\GHL. The ticker at the bottom of the forums is fine for this and hardly anyone even uses that ... its more a we need more GMS issue rather than activity of current long served GMs

I have a new rule proposal: GM's are not allowed to sign players under 20 with a Con 50 or lower. This will prevent the busts that we seem to see every season because some under 20 prospect was signed.

There is no reason to sign players under 20 with a 50 or lower con because it is well known that they bust. Lets just put in a rule that these type of players will not be signed until they turn 20 period.

It's actually possible for any player under 20 with a CON under 70 who has a POT of 70 or higher that can bust

No its not.... players only bust when under 51 con, signed and younger than 20

Actually no, it has happened to me personally in another league I was in. Yes, it isn't as common as your traditional high pot/low cons but it can happen. I also depends on what version of EHM you are using
