Great job Joe. I can't remember the last time the championship was decided before the final sim of the season and I don't think anyone has taken it by such a large margin. Currently it stands at a 13 point difference, though in theory that could close to a 7 point difference, but thats still a lot more than we've seen in most other seasons.

It's going to be a tight fight for 2nd with 5 teams within 4 points of each other but Detroit and Pittsburgh have a game in hand over Buffalo, Vancouver and Phoenix.

Play-Off Places still up for grabs.
In the East, Carolina have a mathematical chance of gaining the last spot. They need 3 wins from 3 games and have the islanders lose their 3 remaining games.
In the West, it's all tied up with San Jose just missing out and the Kings just making it in.

I hope to be back skating with the team in time for the next road trip, but they're monitoring it very closely. We'll have to see how it heals, he commented to the press.
