[update]: No longer particularly sure what I'm looking for, so draft picks of various types would be easy and great, because I do love the draft. Most of these guys won't cost you much either, 4th or 5th rounders with a couple exceptions.
Forwards: Stanislav Alshevsky (71-59-66, 70con) - will be a nice sniper, with projected 93 shooting. Very good stickhandling and positioning too. Martin Erat (75-64-72, 72con) - fast, half-decent offense David Moss (68-73-72, 76con) - half-decent two-way depth B.J. Crombeen (53-74-69, 85con) - very reliable, good hitter. Alexandre Bolduc (57-73-71, 75con) - another cheap and half-decent depth player.
Dmen: Philip Samuelsson (44-77-69, 78con) - reliable and very solid defensively with room to grow, projected 44off, 82def Adam Polasek (46-72-68, 70con) - young solid Dman, projected 47off, 80def Kevin Lind (54-71-68, 73con) - also young and solid, with more offense, projected 63off, 77def Justin Haché (47-68-68, 75con) - did I mention I had a number of young solid Dmen? Projected 46off, 78def
Goalies: Jimmy Howard (79-79-76, 75con) - Decent starting goalie with a reasonable contract. At 31, not too old either, can easily get another ~6 seasons out of him.

Small update for the draft, mainly adding potential sniper Alshevsky and defensive rock Samuelsson.
