Tyler Myers notched the 400th assist of his career in tonight's game against the Tampa Bay Lightning on a goal by Jason Doig. I'm happy about it but that's it, gotta think other things now, he read from a prepared speech..
A native of Canada, Tyler Myers was originally drafted to the NHL by the Buffalo Sabres in the 1st round of the 2008 entry draft. He has appeared in 1185 NHL games during his career, notching 140 goals and adding 400 assists along with 780 penalty minutes. The 35 year old defenseman has played 11 games with the Ottawa Senators this season, totalling 1+8=9 with 11 PIM.
