If we can put somthing concise together of exactly what we want, limits and cost, then we could vote.

Click changes is an interesting one. I've also heard it doesnt do much, but in one league, one of the simmers changed his whole team to the same click, as well as increasing his own players ceilings and potential. League shut down almost immediately that was foubnd out, which is a shame, as its the only league i've ever won the cup in.

Im happy to do click changes, if they dont have an effect so be it, money wasted, but it would be interesting to see.

CON changes could go up if bought but they should be a hefty cost to do.

ok, so for CON prices, I would say $5m or 10m per point

we also discussed leadership gains...how would we like to do that? How about something like this every team gets to add 10 leadership points every season. If your team makes the playoffs, you get 10 more. Reach the 2nd round, you get 5 more. Conference finals, 5 more. SCF 5 more...or something like that

Click changes, I don't really care. I don't think that they have an impact, but if we want to do it, I'm all for it

PEN can also be increased...could be something based on previous season's PIMs or age?
