I'm Adam
I work in a small racetrack casino in Hanover Ontario. I had never heard of the game until a colleague got me in to the GHL a few years back. I think I got started in the 2017 season, so I have almost 20 seasons of mediocrity. I will miss the divisional rivalry with Mike and the Isles, but it was a chance to move on.
I am 33 years old I guess, married with 2 young girls. I am an avid sports fan, love music and anything Canadian (well almost, I can't deal with Bieber). I coach my oldest daughter's t-ball team and trying to corral 11 3-5 year olds is a lot more fun than it sounds.
Edit: Chose Columbus when Sean gave them up because I was coaching a softball team in a tournament in Columbus the year before the Blue Jackets started play in the NHL and I sat in a Tim Hortons (Then unusual to find in the US) and had a conversation with an umpire who was trying to learn about hockey and for whatever reason, they've had a soft spot in my heart since.

That's crazy. Small world My wife grew up here and went to school in Walkerton. I grew up a little closer to Guelph, in Palmerston. We met in St. Catharines when we went to school, but grew up 30 minutes apart

Hello to everyone, my name is Joe. I am an EHM vet coming out of retirement as I miss this fun game and the camaraderie that came with it. I was a GM in the original EHL, run by Shakes/Ray Komer in the early 2000s, and was a part of various other leagues that unfortunately never made it. It's been a good 10 years since I have touched EHM, I think, but I've been back in for a few days and it's all coming back to me rather quickly.
I took over Atlanta as it would be fun to have a team that longer exists and also seems to need a little TLC. While the prospect of running the top team in the league was hard to decline, it would have been against every fiber of my being to run a team from that town on the other side of my state. I'm a huge Flyers fan and Philadelphia fan in general, and live in the city.
As far as interests, I am pretty busy guy with work, soccer, and just starting to play hockey goalie (and procuring all of that equipment). I'm also married, with no kids...which is probably why I have a little sliver of time to enjoy an EHM league.
Looking forward to meeting everyone and competing with your teams! Cheers!
JP
